Heading to Nodaway

A mounted photo of the bikers headed to Nodaway on July 20, 2009. Photographer Julie Wainwright captured the beauty of the ride and the huge number of bikers in a stunning photograph. It measures 20x24 and is mounted on a Sintra board. It shows a steady stream of bikers from the Villisca square as far as the eye can see on the hills toward Nodaway. A great gift for a biker or for someone who just wants a beautiful scenic with a special twist.

Villisca is a small, rural community nestled in the hills of southwest Iowa. We are a community of people with diverse interests and backgrounds; a community of individualists; and certainly a community with a unique history. Those are some of the endearing qualities that makes living in Villisca forever an adventure.

An event for all ages

We plan to circulate the two sign in signs bikers signed so we can see names and places of our visitors.

heating and cooling system for the Day Care.
